Die CSV-Datei mit der wohnberechtigten Bevölkerung nach Altersjahrgruppe enthält folgende Spalten:
- "ZEITBEZUG" = Stichtag
- "RAUMBEZUG" = Entspricht immer "Münster Gesamt"
- "MERKMAL" = Entsprechend Altersgruppe
- "WERT" = Anzahl Personen
